About two years ago we decided to erect a log cabin at the rear end of our garden - this to accommodate the steady stream of visitors and friends we have during the summer.

From Estonia we imported this large size (6 m by 4m) log cabin with 60 millimetre double grooved walls.

The floorplan gives an idea of the sizes of the rooms - a sleeping loft accessible via a steep stair is located above the two small rooms.

The outside walls have only been treated with organic boats oil - allowing the timber to breath.

The photographs have been taken from the paddock on the right side of the property.
